Baseball Winter Meetings On-Line Registration is Closed

Onsite registration is available and you can do so at the Dolphin Convention Foyer.

The hours of operation for the counter are:
Sunday, December 8 1:00 p.m. — 5:00 p.m.
Monday, December 9 7:00 a.m. — 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, December 10 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, December 11 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.

Note: The price listed above gives each attendee one (1) event name badge and a full ticket passport to the Baseball Winter Meetings. The passport includes one (1) ticket to each of the Baseball Winter Meetings special events (Awards Luncheon, Gala and Banquet) and one (1) gift ticket.

Florida statutes require a collection of 7% sales tax on all convention admissions and event tickets. Taxes will be added upon checkout.

Who Can Register & Attend?

Baseball Winter Meetings General Attendance Policy

The Baseball Winter Meetings are not open to the general public. In order to attend, you must be (i) a member of The National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues Inc., d/b/a Minor League Baseball, or Major League Baseball, (ii) a Baseball Trade Show Exhibitor, (iii) a PBEO Job Fair Attendee, or (iv) an Approved Non-Member. Non-Member applications must be approved prior to registration and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, in Minor League Baseball's sole discretion.

Exhibitor & Job Seeker Attendance Policy

If you or your organization provides a product or service to a Minor League Baseball or Major League Baseball club and/or league, you must register as an exhibitor. Any company interested in exhibiting at the Baseball Trade Show can visit www.BaseballTradeShow.com, call (866) 926-6452 or email TradeShow@MiLB.com for more information. Non-Member Attendance Policy & Approval Process

You must receive permission from the Minor League Baseball office to attend the Baseball Winter Meetings as an Approved Non-Member. Approved Non-Members can choose to attend the Bob Freitas Business Seminar for an additional fee of $350 + tax. To qualify to attend as an Approved Non-Member, you or your organization must have an existing relationship with a Minor League Baseball or Major League Baseball club and/or league. You must provide two (2) references to the Minor League Baseball office to verify the nature of your relationship, as well your company name, website and contact information. Submit all information and/or questions to Sheryl Hamilton at SherylH@MiLB.com or (727) 456-1701. Approved Non-Members may only register employees of their organization. Certified player agents who are registered with the MLBPA have permission to attend after credentials are confirmed.

Any professional or amateur sports league, club, or organization must go through the Non-Member approval process as mentioned above and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, in Minor League Baseball's sole discretion.

For Non-Members who are unaffiliated with a registered team or organization and are interested in attending, you may qualify for a Trade Show Only name badge. Form availible soon.

Minor League Baseball, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person or entity for any lawful reason. A member that has previously purchased a 'Name Badge Only ' registration may purchase an upgrade to a full registration package that includes tickets to all events by paying the on-site registration fee.

Any refund requests must be submitted in writing on or before November 22, 2013, to Sheryl Hamilton via email to SherylH@MiLB.com or by fax to (727) 821-5819. Refunds will only be accepted in cases of emergencies and you may be asked to provide appropriate documentation. If registration materials have already been shipped to you from the Minor League Baseball office, all items must be returned to the Minor League Baseball office before a refund will be issued. Approved refunds will be processed after materials are received and processed by the Minor League Baseball office.
